Note
1. Any phone call or fax adessed to the office will be accepted; any additional secretarial support should be agreed; in case of intensive work, i.e. daily answering phone calls, etc. a separate contract must be concluded. A company may have a telephone, fax number and e-mail registered in the name of the company by a Cyprus provider (e.g. abc@cytanet.com.cy). The telephone line can be connected to the central switch in our building, where there is a secretary who will answer the call on behalf of the company. Invoices issued by the telephone company must be paid directly by the client.
2. In the event that the Company wants to hire employees in Cyprus, it must be registered as an employer in the Social Insurance Department. Next, the employer will need to pay Social Insurance and other payments to the salary of employees. Moreover, employers are obliged on a monthly basis to withhold income tax, payable to the tax authority from the salaries of employees. Probable payment by the employer of special contributions for hired employees, which is charged to the official salary of the employee and depends on the amount of salary. The employer must be notified of all employer obligations.
3. Any other actual expenses (courier delivery, fax, telephone, etc.) are paid additionally.
4. For the payment of services paid on the basis of the calculation of the actual time spent, an additional agreement is concluded.
