Documents you need to create an account for a company non-resident in Republic of Belarus

  1. A copy of the extract from the commercial register of the country of incorporation (certificate, registration certificate or other equivalent document), a copy of the charter (memorandum of association or other document on the basis of which the company operates).

  2. A copy of the power of attorney to open (reissue, close) the account, to dispose of funds in the account, if the account will not be managed by the head of the company.

  3. A card with specimen signatures of authorized persons and an imprint of the seal (if any) for settlements. The authenticity of signatures is evidenced by a body authorized to perform notarial acts.
  4. Documents shall be provided if there is consular legalization made by the diplomatic mission, or with an apostille, unless otherwise provided by an international legal aid treaty.
  5. Documents must be certified and (or) legalized (certified) no later than one year before the date of their submission to the Bank.

Documents drawn up in a foreign language must be translated into Russian. The authenticity of the translator's signature is notarized.
